A New Tuna to Save Tuna Fish

I love tuna! My favorite food is tuna sushi. Tuna tastes good. It's a healthy
food too.

Many of us eat tuna. Fishermen catch the tuna we eat. They catch seven
billion kilograms every year! That's a lot of tuna!
我喜歡吃鮪魚壽司。鮪魚好吃又健康。很多人都吃鮪魚，漁民每一年捕撈70億公斤的鮪魚！

But that's too much tuna. The number of tuna fish is smaller every year.
That's not good. What happens when the number is too small? The number of
fish cannot get big again. Restaurants and supermarkets won't have much tuna.
Then one day there will be no tuna fish.
鮪魚的數量每一年都在減少，假如太少，鮪魚將沒有辦法再恢復到從前。未來世界上就沒有鮪魚了。

A new company wants to help tuna fish. How does it help? It makes tuna! How
does it make tuna? The company uses plants! It uses peas, algae, and other
food from plants. It doesn't use fish. It is plant-based tuna.
有一家公司想要幫助鮪魚，他們決定製作鮪魚肉！他們用豌豆、藻類，還有其他植物來製造素的鮪魚肉。

Maybe many of us can eat plant-based tuna. Then we can stop eating tuna fish.
The number of tuna fish can get big again.
